What are the Terms of a Flash Sale?

Here at Event Tee we pride ourselves on being current with certain trends and current events. From time to time we will hold Flash Sales which will be a limited release of a design during a specific amount of time. Flash Sale purchases will not always ship immediately after purchase. Some Flash Sales will print and ship after the sale has ended. Please allow 7-10 business days for Flash Sale purchases to be shipped.

How Do I order custom tees for my event?

There are several ways to order custom tees for your organization, event or company. If you would like Event Tee to design something from scratch please fill out our Custom Quote Request Form.

How Do I Order CINCO and FIELD DAY Tees?

Step 1 - PICK A DESIGN from one of our custom designs, PICK A COLOR from one of the 10 base colors, SELECT if you want the main art on the front or back of the shirt. 

Step 2 - CUSTOMIZE your shirts by adding your restaurant name to the shirt and SELECT your size quantities (size quantities must add up to a minimum of 72 pieces per shirt color selected).

Step 3 - CHECK OUT and wait for your one of a kind custom tees to kick off your event!

The name drop on the design is the only customizable part of the design. Font, placement and style will all remain the same as the stock design.

What is the minimum order?

Cinco and Field Day tees require a minimum order of 72 tees per design. Please keep in mind that pricing is based on how many pieces you order per design (Ex. If you order 500 T-Shirts and would like 3 Designs you would not be eligible for the 500 piece price bracket as you now have 3 orders of less than 500 pieces each).

All other custom t-shirt orders are priced and produced per your ordering specifications.

What are my payment options

We accept all major credit cards which are processed through our secure server.  All orders must be paid for in advance.

What is your standard production time?

All orders are scheduled to ship within 7-10 business days after payment verification. We advise placing your order 3 weeks prior to a specific event date. Rush service is available for an additional cost.

Can I mix shirt colors?

For Cinco and Field Day tees each order of 72 shirts or more must be all the same color. The art for each shirt is specific to that color of shirt. You can not mix and match when ordering under our bulk pricing. If you would like to mix and match shirts you will need to request a custom quote.

All other custom t-shirt orders are priced and produced per your ordering specifications.

Can I submit my own design?

Yes you can! You can e-mail us a rough sketch or call us with an idea you have and we will be happy to help you create your unique design. You will receive a proof of your design within 7 days of your request via e-mail. You will be able to respond directly to your artist and make any adjustments you need. It is very important to carefully review all art proofs. Please note that you will not qualify for promo Cinco De Mayo pricing on a custom design order.

How do I know what my design will look like?

For all custom designs we will send a proof by email. It is important that you review and approve your proof in a timely fashion to prevent any errors or delays.

For all stock event designs, these are not considered custom since they are “Name Drop” designs. The image will remain the same as you see it except for your school or business name. A proof is provided upon special request but may delay your overall processing time.

How do I get a quote?

How will my order be processed and shipped?

All orders, unless otherwise stated will ship UPS Ground. UPS Ground orders will arrive at your destination approximately 3-7 business days from the date of shipment. We expect to ship your order in approximately 10 business days or less from the date of your order. Processing times must be added to shipping times.

Unless you have used a School PO, your order will not be shipped without full payment. We do require resolution of any payment issues (e.g. additional garment or ship costs, bad payment information) before we ship your order. We will always contact you if there is a problem.
